My favorite part about our adventures is giving the dogs the freedom of choice. They get to pick their route, set the pace, sunbathe, stop to roll around or landscape along the way, all while exploring the smells around town and experiencing the world safely. It's an honor spending time with their smiling faces every week.❤️

Your pet's safety is my top priority!

Here are some summer tips I like to follow to keep my friends happy and healthy:

-Stick to the shade whenever possible. If you’re walking in direct sunlight be sure to stop for frequent shade breaks.
-Encourage your pup to walk in the grass as opposed to the sidewalk/blacktop.
-Slow. Down. There’s no need to speed walk in extreme temps. Allow your pup to investigate nearby smells.
-Always carry fresh water for your pup. There are portable water bowls and bottles that are lightweight and convenient for walks.
-Limit time outside and opt for mental enrichment if you notice they are tiring out. Treat puzzles, toy time, hide and seek, fitness practice, and trick training can all be wonderful opportunities to work your pet's brain while having fun and staying cool!

We have had some amazing walks over the past few weeks. Nothing beats these summer smiles. Everyone loved to set their own pace, stopped to investigate lots of smells and gobbled up a few tasty treats along the way. What a fun group of doggos and kitties. I am honored to know them all!❤️
