Tausha aka “Captivating Talker” is looking for her next rider. Preferably someone wanting to do low level dressage or flat work. This is an on farm lease option only and currently available 3 days per week as she currently has another 1/2 lease. We tryed a go at open showing but she is more comfortable in the dressage ring. She is suitable for an intermediate rider or advanced beginner rider at home.

“Horse of the Month” we will honor one of our Hillcrest Stables horse or pony that are either boarded or owned by Hillcrest. So lets meet our May Horse of the Month.

Who better to be #1 than the one and only “Caramel Crunch” aka Theo. What can I say about this guy to describe just how perfect he is. I purchased Theo as an unbroke 2 year old about 22 years ago. He is the reason Bruce now answers the phone when I am at a horse show. Long story short Bruce found a surprise is the small paddock the next morning. Theo has taken hundreds of trips around the show rings in Vermont with more riders than I can count. He was nominated Pony of the Year by VHJA and is now enjoying his retirement. Theo enjoy your Month of Honor.❤️🐴

Hillcrest Stables has horses available for lease. We also have 1 stall available and 1 run in spot open for a gelding. Indoor and outdoor arenas. Open to all disciplines. Outside instructors welcome.
