Laguna Stables Equestrian Training, Sales, Lessons We are a private full service hunter/jumper/equitation facility located in the heart of Milton, GA.

Our facility is situated on 50 rolling acres with 4 barns, 3 riding arenas and 25 grassy pastures of varying sizes. Laguna Stables offers training programs as well as lesson packages - with programs offered by our trainers Luisa Coutinho, Kelci Wilson, and Jennie Dever. Our trainers work to develop technical equestrian skills and teach riders to develop respect, discipline and responsibility - fro

A few highlights include:

✨Exceptional finishing 🥈 and 5th in the 2’6 USHJA his first time in FL! Congratulations to the new owners of this special horse 🦄

✨Jafira was in the ribbons both weeks in the 3’3 USHJA out of 35+ horses. She was also 5th place in the Adult Hunter Classic with ._.mangrum and took 🥉 in a huge hack class. Jaffy is proudly offered for lease.

✨Our newest imports Simply Valentino & Simply In Charge did their first rounds in the ticketing ring - and took this big venue in like seasoned show horses! Both had lovely schooling rounds and are proudly offered for sale 🩵

Ready for ➡️ Week 2 of Channel II Winter Series!!

It was a cold start - but the horses stepped up to the plate 💫

🌟 Merike Pope’s “Exceptional” did his first few rounds at 3ft and will be debuting in the greens this season - excited to see him coming along!

🌟Jafira jumped some great practice rounds in the .90m jumpers, and will be available for trials Wk II. She is a packer for 2’6 - 3’6ft.

🌟Boca’s Anarchy jumped to podium finished in the schooling 2ft and brought home a Reserve Championship with Heather Youngblood in their debut as a team 🏆

Our Story

We are a private full service hunter/jumper/equitation facility located in Milton Ga. Our facility is situated on 50 rolling acres with 4 barns, 3 riding arenas and 17 pastures of varying sizes. Laguna Farm offers a safe and friendly environment for both horse and rider. Our on-site professional trainer Krissy Altenburg - hunter/jumper provides lesson and training programs to suite your specific needs. Also new to the Laguna Family is Lauren Eckardt of Bigtime Eventing. They both work to develop technical equestrian skills and teach riders to develop respect, discipline and responsibility. Our trainers attend a mix of local and ‘A” rated shows. Please feel free to contact our trainers or our Property Manager, Julie Snyder, at any time.
