Wow what a day it was at our second fair Montour Delong! Monday we showed dairy goats in the morning and we showed rabbits in the evening! We are done with all of our shows for the Montour Delong fair. Rabbits will be there till Saturday so be sure to stop and say hi! Congrats to all the exhibitors and here is some of our highlights!

Dairy goat show:
AOP- Open
Nilla- 1st 5 yr old+ doe, Grand Champion AOP Doe!
Vasper- 2nd 3-4yr old
AOP- Youth
Nilla- 1st 5 yr old+ doe, Grand champion AOP

First fair of Year was definitely a great one! Here are some highlights before we begin our next fair in two days!
Lycoming County Fair 2026

Open Breeding rabbits:
Netherland Dwarf- BOB and BOS (lots of group and variety wins)
French Angora- BOB and BOS (Shadow would’ve won RIS if there was one awarded, was so exciting to hear that!)
Rex- BOB and BOS
New Zealand- BOS

Dairy Goats:
Dry Yearling- BOB and BIS for youth
5yr old+ - 1st youth and open
Goat showmanship- 3rd overall!

Definitely one of my favorite fairs and was so happy to be able to do youth this year! I can’t be thankful to this fair enough for opening their youth up to us! Can’t wait for next year!

🤍2026 Farm Show continued🤍

We also had goats at pa farm and they definitely didn’t disappoint either. I wanted to place in top 10 of each class and we achieved that for sure! Moon pie got 2/10 dry yearling, Vasper got 4/8 3-4yr old, and Nilla got 6/8 5yr old+. Overall it was an amazing first time showing dairy goats at the farm show. Can’t wait to do it next year.. only less sick next year. Congrats to everyone who won throughout the week. Onto Pasrba next!

One of my favorite shows ever! Can’t wait for what the rest of the week holds. We will be doing two rabbit demos throughout the week along with showing dairy goats towards that end. We had a great day at the rabbit show today with lots of wins and tons of ribbons!
