We recieved a very sad call today about one of our first boarders here at Heavenly Hounds😔(with her mothers permission we are hoping to possibly save the life of another)Miss Carly woke her mom at 3am to go potty, mom always waits at the door for her to finish. She heard Carly start barking and thought it was the usual deer but in fact it was a coyote! it grabbed Carly quickly and mom began yelling and throwing her arms up but it ran to the neighbors yard and dropped her she passed away in minutes😢our hearts break for her family.We wanted to tell her story to help bring awareness to the aggressive behavior of coyotes, Miss Carly weighed almost 30 pounds and this happened in a subdivision and her mom was only feet away💔R.I.P sweet Carly. Thoughts and prayers to her family 🙏❤
