⚠️ **SCAM CALL ALERT – PLEASE BE AWARE** ⚠️
We have been made aware that individuals are receiving phone calls that appear to be coming from **Ferstl Veterinary Hospital’s phone number**. The caller is attempting to sell products or services related to the elderly.
**These calls are NOT coming from our clinic.**
Unfortunately, scammers can use a technique called **caller ID spoofing**, which allows them to make another business’s phone number appear on your caller ID.
If you receive one of these calls:
**Do not provide any personal, financial, or payment information.**
**Do not purchase anything from the caller.**
* Hang up if the call seems suspicious.
* If you are unsure whether a call actually came from us, hang up and call our clinic directly using our regular phone number. 989-871-3521
Ferstl Veterinary Hospital will **never call you to sell products or services for the elderly or anything unrelated to your pet’s veterinary care.**
