We would like to make everyone aware of something new we will be trying this fall/winter. As of today we will be taking orders for butcher hogs, fed out and delivered to the butcher, Jan-March with a finished weigh between 250-300 lbs. With everything that has gone on this year and the bookings being filled earlier then normal at most butcher shops we want to make sure that we get them scheduled in time.

We will make appointments for the following butcher shops.
Carroll Herr
Harmony Ridge
Martins (New Holland)
If you have another processed in mind let us know and we can try and work it out.

You are responsible for telling the butcher how you would like it cut and picking it up unless prior arrangements are made with us.

We will be taking deposits of $150/whole $75/half to guarantee we have a hog for you. Remainder will be due week you hog is delivered to the butcher.

Congratulations to Micah Metzler for having Reserve Grand Champion Market Hog at the Tioga Fair this past week! This awesome gilt was out of a big sexy X sawzall litter that we had on the farm the end of January. We want to congratulate the whole Metzler family and thank them for the hard work they put into their animals every year!
