MEET BUDDY!
With his two friends Luna and Rosie finding homes Buddy is eager to find a home as well. Buddy, a senior lab mix, recently lost his owner in a tragic accident. Buddy is a senior and will need a retirement home where he can just hang out. He comes from a home with dog friends and has been fantastic with Officer Kit Kat. Buddy is a little unsure of new people at first but does warm up quickly. We estimate Buddy to be 11 years old according to our dog license program. The shelter is no place for sweet seniors. If you can help Buddy please apply online or stop in and visit him in person at the Holmes County Dog Warden’s Department and Adoption Center.

MEET LUNA!
Luna a super sweet and gorgeous female pittie came to us from unfortunate circumstances after she lost her owner over the weekend. Luna is roughly 2 years old and is very sweet and is always ready to crawl up in your lap. Luna does fantastic on a leash when going on walks! Luna comes from a home with numerous other dogs and seemed to do okay with them. She did not seem to mind Officer Kit Kat at the shelter either. If you’re interested in helping sweet Luna find a forever home apply online or in person at the shelter! Adoptions are 20% off until the end of August!
