🎆 Fourth of July is almost here! 🎆

While fireworks are fun for many people, they can be a source of significant stress and anxiety for our pets. Loud noises, flashing lights, and holiday festivities can cause fear, pacing, hiding, trembling, and other signs of distress.

If you think your pet may benefit from calming medication during the holiday, please contact our hospital as soon as possible to request sedatives. Requesting medications early gives our veterinary team ample time to review your pet's medical history, determine the most appropriate medication, and prepare prescriptions before the holiday rush.

Please don't wait until the last minute—prescription requests often increase dramatically as the Fourth of July approaches. With this in mind, please allow 48-72 hours for these prescriptions to be filled.
