We will be closed on Friday April 18th and Monday April 21st for Good Friday and the Easter weekend. We will be back in office on Tuesday April 22nd at 8am for walk-ins, appointments and medication refills.

** If you need medication refills before we close please give us a 24hr notice. Last refill pick up is Wednesday April 16th!!**

🚨 It's Coyote Mating Season 🚨

January through March is coyote mating season, which means increased activity in both, rural and urban areas!
During this time, coyotes are more active and may be seen more frequently, even during daylight hours.☀️
Coyotes are typically shy and avoid humans, BUT it’s important to take precautions to keep your pets safe.

Here are some tips to minimize encounters:

🐾 Keep pets on a leash: Always supervise pets and use a short leash, especially near parks or wooded spaces.

🗑️ Secure food sources: Don’t leave pet food, garbage, or birdseed outside, as these attract coyotes.

🚪 Check your yard: Before letting pets outside, make sure your yard is secure and clear of coyotes.

🍽️ Do NOT feed coyotes: Feeding wildlife encourages bold behavior and increases encounters.

👀 Stay alert: If you see a coyote, make yourself big, loud, and back away slowly— never run.

⚠️ Stay vigilant, stay safe! 🐾

Be sure to:
🐾 ensure pets have a warm, dry shelter!
💧 allow pipes and faucets to drip if necessary! 🪴 bring cold-sensitive plants indoors or cover them!
🫂 check on loved ones and neighbors, especially the elderly!

** If you need prescription food or medication refills, please get your orders in. Last pick up is on THURSDAY DECEMBER 19th!!! **
