Yesterday was a day 🙃 It was a very long day that started at 5am and ended at 3am and was filled with a large amount of unfortunate events lol.

This week was my biggest week of orders yet. I did one mega mum, 3 junior sized mums, 2 garters, 2 middle school mums and 4 mini mums. Thankfully the Lord gave me grace to get it all done though. Last night, just before midnight I loaded my car and got all but two of my Waxahachie orders delivered to their new homes.

I am tired but I am blessed. And I am SO thankful that my customers were so kind and gracious with me.

Because this one deserves it's own post...

I'm not quiet about my faith, my morals, or my beliefs. Most people keep those things very separate from their business/work life, I don't. I think it's important to stand firm in those beliefs and be unwavering. Please don't misunderstand me, I don't mean unteachable, I mean solid.

Yesterday's events have me in shock. An innocent man was assassinated in front of his wife, his kids, and the world. The video will forever be on the internet, easily searched, easily watched. His life was taken because he stood firm in his beliefs, beliefs I have as well. These are beliefs at least half the country have. Do we all deserve to die too?

I was in the middle of working on this mum when my husband text me the news about Charlie. I'm not sure I'll ever forget that moment to be honest. This mum was made during fierce prayers and through tear filled eyes. It was made through shock and grief, yet it was still made with love.

May we keep having the conversations that Charlie started, may we pick up and carry his blood covered microphone with our heads held high.

Seriously.... this is it. This is why I do it. 🥹

This is why I stay up late, this is why I'm ok that my house is covered in glitter and feathers for months, this is why I do what I can to make things happen.

Due to mom and I just assuming senior overalls were going to be worn closer to homecoming I only had about a day to put these together 😂 I got the text on Tuesday saying "They're wearing their overalls on Friday." I said "THIS FRIDAY?!"

There was literally no way I was going to let this sweet girl go without them, so naturally my reply was "Don't worry, I'll make it happen." And I did just that. 💁‍♀️

P.S. Ignore my lame pictures. I'm still working out my new set up 🙄
