The Clown Tang is found widespread from the Western Indian Ocean to the central Pacific Ocean. The coloration of these tangs can vary a little between each specimen. In general, they have a bright yellow to bright orange body with a grayish belly. They will use their spines as a weapon against other fish that threaten them. A Clown Tang can reach up to 15 inches in length and requires a large aquarium with live rock and plenty of room to swim.

The Cream Angelfish adapts readily to aquarium life. It requires a minimum of a 100 gallon tank or larger with lots of hiding places and live rock for grazing. It is prone to nip at stony and soft corals and clam mantles. Their diet should include Spirulina, marine algae, high-quality angelfish preparations, mysis or frozen shrimp, and other meaty items.

If you plan to incorporate a red coris wrasse into your reef tank, you’ll need a deep sand bed of 3-5 inches. The fish use the sand to escape from potential threats and sleep under the sand at night. This one is a beautiful specimen!
