🚨 Policy updates!

Going forward new clients will need to make a non refundable Venmo retainer to secure an appointment. This retainer will go toward the total of your services and is non transferable in the event of no showing that day or last minute cancellation. You will need to place an additional non refundable retainer to book again.

Current clients please be sure to confirm appointments via MoeGo. You should get a text about two weeks out to confirm. Along with a text reminder two days before your next services. Please be sure to always read the reminders as information could change.

Most clients are making two or more appointments in advance.

Weekends will no longer be offered to new clients as they book out so much farther in advance.

I just celebrated the one year anniversary of Jinkies Grooming being in the Middletown Shopping Center! What a year it’s been and I look forward to many more. I have placed a new sign to help show what months I am currently booking for. Most clients are booking two appointments at a time if not more. Y’all are the best and I can’t thank you enough for all the support to keep my little dream shop thriving!

I am fully booked for March and have limited availability for April & booking into May. At this point I tend to book out about a month in half to two months in advace. Please pre book your appointments as early as possible to ensure you the best day and time.
Many clients are on a 4-8 week reoccurring schedule. Thank you all so much!
