📢 Quality Pet Care Office Update 🐾

Quality Pet Care will be closed from Monday, July 20th through Monday, July 27th.

During this time:
📞 Our phones will be available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
💊 Medication pick-ups will also be available during those same hours.

Dr. Quick will be away on his annual Boy Scout trip, where he’ll be spending the week mentoring an incredible group of young men, and it’s also Jessie’s birthday week. We truly love caring for you and your pets, but we also believe it’s important to take time to recharge and enjoy life’s special moments.

Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for continuing to trust us with your furry family members. We look forward to seeing everyone when we return! ❤️🐾

We normally do not respond to social media posts, but we feel it is necessary to correct a few inaccuracies.

Quality Pet Care has never held any client hostage. Every owner is free to seek care wherever they choose.

We will not accept false narratives. When medical recommendations, treatment plans, or aftercare instructions are not followed, it is not fair or accurate to blame our doctors, staff, or facility for poor outcomes.

Veterinary medicine is unpredictable. Emergencies arise, surgeries can run long, and critical patients must take priority. Our team works hard to help as many animals as possible, but high demand can delay response times.

For urgent concerns, we strongly encourage walk-in emergencies. If phone lines are busy or rooms are full, coming directly to the office is often the fastest way for your pet to be seen.

We stand behind our care, our recommendations, and our commitment to our patients. Our priority is providing medical care—not engaging in social media drama.
