My message on fuel costs

The Snowstorm hit me hard this week. It took 3 days to get fully dug out, our mailbox was hit by the plows, ice got inside the engine compartment of the van and froze the motor, I couldn't get out to refill my propane so the water lines froze in the salon and my windshield is cracked and needs replacement! Not to mention, the sun is melting the snow on the roof of our house causing it to pour all over our front steps, walkway and driveway creating layers of ice. Needless to say, this has been a forgettable week. So I am going to regroup and start fresh on Monday. Hoping all of you are having a better week than I am!

May the ground hog have warmer news for us on Monday! 😁

As you all know, this winter has been exceptionally brutal. As a mobile groomer, weather can play a role in my ability to get on the road and work. Snow, ice, floods, and extreme cold can affect travel conditions and equipment performance and cause vehicle problems. Over the last couple of weeks, we have experienced one of the most extreme cold snaps I have seen in years. Normally, extreme cold has never been a problem for me, but this time, it hit my business pretty hard. Following last week's snow storm, ice built up inside the engine compartment, causing the engine and electrical components to freeze solid. It took a few days to get the van into the shop just to defrost it. I have it back, but I have been experiencing additional issues since. So I am back at the shop again, having an additional repair done. With any luck, I will be back to work tomorrow. For everyone who has been affected by this unexpected delay, I will be prioritizing you as I get back to work (hopefully tomorrow). I greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and look forward to seeing you soon!

This year has been a rough one for my family as we dealt with health issues and equipment problems. I want to thank all of you for your unwavering support as I tackled these challenges.
