This is just for educational purposes. To any groomer or someone who decides to be a groomer, do not take on a matted dog that you cannot complete. It puts groomers like me in a bad position when someone’s else has traumatize the owners. There’s nothing wrong with a “shave down” if your going to do it correctly! This pup was left with a mop on her head and a matted tail after her parents paid to have there new furry friend fixed. My rant is over, I’m just saying do better with communication and comprehension!
