Our espresso chocolate chip cottage loaves are just what you need on a Saturday morning. Packed with sweet chocolate, tangy sourdough discard and punchy espresso balanced with a pinch of clove.

New seasonal loaf: Lugh’s Harvest ✨ made with stone ground local whole wheat flour from Ground Up Grain, local honey and home grown herbs. This savory bread is one of our non-sourdough options and will be available for the next few weeks while we honor the beginning of the fall harvest season 🍁🍂

We are thrilled to announce starting THIS SATURDAY 8/2 we will be at the Dudley Farm Museum Farmers Market in Guilford for the remainder of the season! The excitement I felt when I sliced into this loaf isn’t transcribable. The thought that I created something BETTER than what I’ve eaten from the shelf of a grocery store my whole life is mind blowing. Sourdough can be intimidating for someone who hasn’t eaten it before, this is what I would recommend trying if you’re unsure. Move over wonderbread . . . there’s a new sheriff in town. 🤠

June/July is the time to pull your fall hard neck garlic varietals! Last year I grew a human so I didn’t get the chance to cultivate the garden of my dreams. However, I was determined to at least get garlic into our raised beds so we had something to look forward to this year. #🧄

Yesterday was our first ever Middletown Farmers Market Middletown Connecticut and we are SO GRATEFUL of the turnout. We can’t wait to meet more of you to share our story and excitement for and other related goodies.
