Subject: A New Chapter for Our Hospital — Thank You for Your Support

Dear Clients and Friends,

I’m writing to share some important and heartfelt news with you.

After many wonderful years of serving this community and caring for your beloved pets, I have made the decision to step away from ownership of the hospital. This decision comes after much thought and reflection, and it is one rooted in gratitude — for the trust you’ve placed in me, and for the opportunity to care for your 4-legged family members.

I’m excited to share that the hospital has been purchased by Dr. Grace Woodrell, a talented and compassionate veterinarian with nearly two decades of experience in small animal medicine. Dr. Woodrell has been practicing here in Connecticut and has long been seeking the right opportunity to step into ownership. I truly believe she is the right person to carry forward the mission and heart of this practice.

Please rest assured:

· There will be no changes to our clinical hours, our staff, or the care you’ve come to expect.

· If you have upcoming appointments scheduled, we look forward to seeing you as usual at the hospital.

· Our team remains in place and is committed to continuing the same warm, expert care for you and your pets.

Dr. Woodrell is excited to meet you, get to know your pets, and continue building the relationships that make this hospital such a special place. She is a skilled clinician who brings deep experience in wellness care, internal medicine, dermatology, surgery, as well as animal rehabilitation and more — and she looks forward to earning your trust and becoming part of your pets’ care journey.

I want to personally thank you for your loyalty and support over the years. It has been one of the great privileges of my life to serve this community. As I step away from ownership, I do so with confidence — knowing that the practice is in excellent hands and that its future is bright.

Please join me in warmly welcoming Dr. Grace Woodrell to the hospital. I know you’ll be in great hands.

A guy saw a cool tattoo on his rescue dog and thought, “We’re bonding for life!” 🐶💪 So he got it inked on himself too… only to find out it means “I’ve been neutered.” 😳✂️ - oopsies 😂
