Last night welcomed a new milestone for us in the form of a healthy NYB Medaglia d’Oro C**t!

Do you recall Earth Shaking? Purchased by Cotton Hill Farm Agent at the January Keeneland Sale.

Well her story continues by producing Cotton Hill Farm with our first foaling for that of a client.

We have been beyond blessed with the amount of clients that now entrust us with the care of their mares and horses of all ages and can’t wait to continue providing our excellent care & welcoming more 2023 foals for clients as foaling season has just begun 🐎

No worries, thanks to our wonderful 29 year old retiree we have found a babysitter that is second to none.

We will strive to accommodate any and all boarding scenarios as we can to keep your four legged athletes, soon to be athletes, or baby mama’s as happy and comfortable as we can. 🐎

🐎🐎 Update on our Unadilla 44 🐎🐎

These beautiful girls have come such a long way in such a short time. The calmness these girls have shown is amazing, they are found relaxing laying out under the sun & enjoying a good nap or roll while not grazing. The run to the fence line for affection when they see us & the sweet 4yo unhandled Filly hit a huge milestone the other afternoon when she willingly & calmly accepted being haltered and shown affection. As a whole all the girls have been offered a specialized graining regimen and have easily adapted to proper nutrition with free choice hay and grain 2x a day while still on pasture grazing on the lush fall grass. Proper Vet & Farrier care is next on the list after we ensure all are healthy and issue free to receive as such.

THANK YOU!!! To all there wonderful new owners in providing these girls the safe landing they deserved and for entrusting our team in there quarantine & care!!

This sweet 3yo filly was brought to board with us for a short stay and evaluation to decide if she was ready to go back racing after a recent track layup on the owners farm. When she arrived we noticed minor hoof soreness to hard ground and immediately got the farrier to address with getting her up on shoes. From there we spent 2 weeks exercising with no indications found that she wasn’t ready to go back to training. Yesterday we did exactly that and transported her to FingerLakes to resume her race training. Goodluck Journey of Five!! We hope you have many safe & successful races in your future!!
