Dog Tag Giveaway 🤠

Hi. This is Hazel. She is our middle child. She was rescued by us 5 years ago. She was severely neglected, feral, abused, came with a broken leg and heartworm positive. It took hours to demat her coat and get hundreds of fleas off her. It took her a year before she would come to us willingly. Now she travels to horse shows with us and sleeps in my daughter’s bed safe and warm and loved. I just realized that she is the only one left that doesn’t have a tag and collar. I just adopted an older German shepherd from animal control and I ordered her a tag but Hazel is pretty much off leash with us so I forgot she didn’t have one. She would love to also have a custom tag. She is now heartworm free and very much loved.

Happy New Year everyone. There will be a few changes this year to help my things run more efficiently.

Facebook is horrible about notifications from my
Business page through messenger. I try to check it daily but I’m also working and running a farm and caring for my own animals. Please be patient or text me directly. I always have my phone or watch on me.

New client bookings or holiday bookings for boarding will require a $100 deposit to book your stay and the balance is due up front at drop off. Pet sitting fees are also due when you depart. If you need to extend your stay, payment is required when you book the extra visits or days. My space is very limited so booking your spot is imperative.

Grooming hours typically start at 10am. Please be on time for your appointment and on time for pick up. I will tell you upon drop off an estimated time that your pet will take. Please pick up within 15 minutes of receiving your text that your dog is finished. I do not have staff to run a front desk so I need to start other dogs that have arrived on time and can’t stop to attend to owners who come late or too early. Daycare is available if you are not able to use the quick appointment only system I have. At a cost of $25 a day.

All dogs MUST be on leash. We have a hobby farm with chickens and horses and kitties. I won’t have my animals chased or harassed and I don’t want your dogs injured by horses either.

If your dog bites or has attempted to bite previous groomers, I still may be able to work with him/her but I need to know. Just saying he’s nervous is not enough. Tell me and let’s work together to help them overcome past fears. If your dog needs medication to help alleviate anxiety, please give 1 1/2 hours before traveling to my home. It takes awhile for them to feel the full effect.

Please do NOT change your pets diet during boarding. They are stressed enough and an instant change of food can cause bloody diarrhea and vomiting which isn’t fair for your pet or us.

Also. Ask your vet about trazadone if your pet has any separation or kennel anxiety. I want to make their stay as relaxed as possible.

Pancreatitis is caused from too much fat in a meal or foods given that your dog isn’t accustomed to. If you must share , offer a very small piece of turkey breast only. Symptoms are diarrhea, vomiting. Bloody stools, lethargy and dehydration
