We are now accepting pre-adoption applications for Mishka’s puppies —🖤🤍
Experienced applicants only.
Geisha is almost 8-week-old Husky/Shepherd mixes (Shepskies). Like all puppies, they are still learning about the world and will require time, patience, and proper guidance to grow into well-balanced adult dogs.
⚠️ While they are small now, both will grow into medium to large breed dogs. This is a long-term commitment that requires preparation, consistency, and an understanding of the breed.
She will not be ready for adoption until receiving her second set of vaccines, but we are accepting applications now to find the right forever home.
💲 Adoption Fee: $550 (each) $100 spay deposit.
Includes:
✔️ First two sets of vaccines
✔️ Microchip
✔️ Spay/neuter at our partner vets (when age-appropriate)
✔️ F***l exam
🏡 Ideal Home Requirements:
• Experience with Husky/Shepherd breeds (Shepsky) is MANDATORY
• Active home prepared for a high-energy, working-breed mix
• All current pets must be:
✔️ Spayed/neutered
✔️ Up-to-date on yearly vaccines
🚫 Applications will not be considered if resident pets are not altered or current on vaccines
🐶 Breed-Specific Notes
Shepskies (Husky/Shepherd mixes) are:
• Highly intelligent and driven
• Very active with high exercise needs
• Strong-willed and require experienced handling
• She will need structure, training, and an owner who understands how to properly guide and manage this type of dog.
🚫 If you do not have experience with this breed mix, your application will not be considered.
We are committed to placing these puppies in forever homes where they will succeed long-term.
📍 Must be adopted locally in Miami, Broward, or Palm Beach
(Adopters must be able to bring them to our partner vets in Miami, Davie, or Boca Raton for spay/neuter when age-appropriate)
🐶 Puppy Commitment
These puppies will require ongoing training, structure, exercise, and consistency as they grow. This is not a short-term commitment — it is a responsibility for the lifetime of the dog.

🔴Too often, people get Husky puppies because they’re cute when they’re small… but they don’t take the time to understand the breed or commit to proper training.
Huskies are not easy dogs. They are high-energy, intelligent, stubborn, and require structure, exercise, and experienced handling. Without that, they become overwhelming for the average owner.
And this is exactly why our shelters are full of Huskies.
So before you criticize our requirements, here’s the explanation: we are not being difficult—we are being responsible. Our goal is to place these dogs in homes where they will succeed, not end up failed and back in rescue.
Please, before bringing home a Husky or any working breed, do your research. Make sure you’re truly prepared—not just for the puppy stage, but for the dog they will become.
