💔 Meet Wanda 🌸
For 156 days now, our sweet one-year-old terrier mix has been waiting… and waiting… for someone to choose her. We don’t know why. She’s the kind of girl who wiggles her whole body with joy the second she sees you, who tosses her toys in the air like it’s the best day ever, and then curls right into your lap as if she was always meant to be yours.

Wanda is friendly with everyone she meets — she greets strangers like they’ve been her best friend forever. She’s patient, gentle, silly, and smart, with that little head tilt that makes you feel like she understands every word.

And yet, day after day, she’s overlooked. 💔 We can’t understand it, because she truly is the total package — sweet, goofy, and endlessly loving. Wanda deserves more than to keep waiting.

🐾 Welcome Miracle & Salvador 🐾

Once again, from the fields of Homestead–Redland, two more innocent souls were left behind like trash. At just six months old, these beautiful German Shepherd puppies were dumped, unwanted, and with nowhere to go.

The shelter wouldn’t accept them. Nobody else stepped up. And yet—despite already caring for over 130 animals—we couldn’t turn our backs. We scooped them up, gave them names, and promised them safety: Miracle and Salvador.

Every rescue feels impossible with the numbers we carry, but every single life matters. And we will always find room for two more hearts who deserve love, not abandonment. 💔➡️💖

When we found this tiny kitten, her intestines were spilling out of her body. 💔 She looked up at us with the sweetest eyes, and in that moment we knew… we couldn’t let her die like that. We couldn’t let that be the end of her story.

We rushed her into emergency surgery, and by some miracle, she survived. But the truth is — we are drowning. Our rescue account is in the negatives. Every week it’s another animal in crisis — thrown from cars, abused, sick, broken. And still, we say yes. Because how could we say no when they’re looking at us with those eyes, begging for a chance?

But we can’t keep going without help.
