Our dog was recently diagnosed with a high-grade mast cell tumor. It’s news no pet owner ever wants to hear, even as veterinarians. But this experience has reinforced something we talk to our clients about every single day: yearly and semi-annual checkups truly matter.
Routine exams, diagnostics, and monitoring help us catch changes early, often before pets are showing obvious signs at home. Early detection can make all the difference when it comes to treatment options, surgery, and outcomes.
