🎉 Happy 159th Birthday to the ! We’re honored to celebrate this incredible organization and the lifesaving work they do for animals across the country.  Recently, AWSFL partnered with the ASPCA to help Miami pets in need of specialized care — like Junior, a sweet pup brought to us by his devoted mom, Avis Yvette Brown-Tucker, for a perineal hernia surgery. Thanks to our incredible Dr. Carter, Junior is now on the road to recovery.   Working together means more second chances, more wagging tails, and more lives saved. We’re so grateful for collaborations that make life-changing care possible.

Today, on what would have been Elizabeth Taylor’s birthday, we celebrate her lifelong love for animals. More than just Hollywood royalty, she was a devoted pet parent, always surrounded by her beloved dogs, horses, and even a parrot named Alvin! From sharing the screen with Lassie as a child to ensuring her Pekingese pups avoided quarantine by living on a yacht, Taylor’s love for animals knew no bounds.

At AWSFL, we believe every pet deserves the same love and devotion that Taylor gave hers. ❤️
