🌞🐾 ☀️ Shy Boy. Big Heart. Endless Potential. ☀️🐾
Some dogs burst into a room like fireworks.
Rex is more like a sunrise. 🌅
At first, he's quiet, cautious, and unsure of the world around him. The busy shelter can be overwhelming, and quick movements or loud noises can make this sweet boy retreat. But if you slow down, speak softly, and give him a little time... you'll begin to see the real Rex.
Behind those timid eyes is a gentle soul just waiting to trust someone. ❤️
🐶 About Rex: 🌻 Approximately 8 to 9 months old 🐾 German Shepherd mix 💙 Very shy but incredibly sweet 🐕 Has done well with other dogs (meet and greets always encouraged!) 🐈 Cats are unknown, though he shows little interest when passing them at the shelter. 🏡 Would thrive in a calm, patient home, preferably without small children.
This summer, Rex isn't looking for beach vacations or backyard barbecues...
