I had a bit of a health scare last weekend. I was coughing, vomiting, didn't want to play, and wouldn't eat or drink. My owner took me to a place called MedVet since our regular vet was closed on Sundays.

We were there for a long time but they took x rays and checked me out and they said I had something called aspiration pneumonia. They gave two shots and an IV of fluids to help cure the pneumonia and boost my energy. I'm glad this was caught early, as my humans said if not treated, I could have gone to doggy heaven. I'm not ready for that! (Neither are they!)

I'm a lot better now. I gotta take medicine with my food for a week. My energy is back, and I'm just like my old self again!

The MedVet people were really nice, and I heard my family saying that my health insurance paid most of the bill!
