Come into the clinic to get products for your pets teeth or schedule an exam to have them checked out! Dental cleanings this month are discounted so keep those appointments if already confirmed 😉

Congratulations to Walter at the Mesquite animal shelter!

Congratulations to Animal Control Officer Walter Dalton for being awarded Best of the Badge for November 2024!

Walter was recently promoted to Senior Animal Control Officer because of his knowledge, expertise, his leadership amongst his fellow ACO staff, and dedication to this community. As a supervisor, he was an integral part in the animal shelter achieving the prestigious NACA Agency of the Year Award and ensuring the shelter adheres to strict standards for the safety of the animals under its care.

Walter also is actively engaged in the community both on and off duty. He eagerly helps at many of the MPD community functions and constantly represents the animal control division and all of MPD in a positive light. Thanks for all you do, and congratulations!!

We are sad to announce that we will not be accepting new clients, it will be in full effect starting January 1st. Any new clients that have appointments scheduled and/or are currently on our cancellation list today will still have their appointment, but we will stop taking new clients after that. We have had an extremely high number of new clients requesting for an appointment, they are months out for one and our current clients are close to that as well. To help all your fur babies get seen sooner, we will have to implement this process until we are able to expand our team to meet this high demand. We will keep everyone updated as we go!

Licensed veterinary technician position
We have an increase in clients so we are expanding our team!

We are looking for a licensed technician, pay depends on experience. It does come with health insurance, dental, vision, employee discount on pet care, and 401k. Work days: Monday-Friday Hours: 8am-5pm Paid-Time off is given as well
Technicians must be able to do dentals, client education, radiographs, surgical prep and post op, nutrition, a**l sacs, etc. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not needed.
We are looking for a full time technician, but part time are also welcomed.
