Please make sure to do your pre-entries by Thursday to avoid late fees. We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend

Our next gymkhana weekend is approaching soon we can’t wait to see everybody there riding and supporting one another.

If you plan on riding, please pre-enter even if you are not sure if you’ll be able to make it it’s better to pre-enter and not show up then not to pre-enter and get late fees. If you are pre-entered and end up not showing up please just send a text message to the number on the flyer, letting them know who needs to be scratched for that day

This next Gymkhana is approaching very quickly and silent auction items are due for all competitors in the gymkhana division. You can bring your items up to the crows nest on either day of the upcoming Gymkhana. Please make sure that you get marked off as to what you brought so that you get credit for bringing it.

HEADS UP!!! If you are headed to the gymkhana this weekend, please make sure that you have your hauling papers with you because the Live Stock Inspector’s have been out and pulling people over to check for hauling papers and proof of ownership .

Our second gymkhana of 2026 is approaching very quickly. Please make sure you pre-register as soon as possible if you even think that you’re going to ride so that you can avoid possibility of paying a late fee. It is better to pre-register and not be able to make it then to pay a late fee because you’re not sure. Can’t wait to see everyone there

Our First Gymkhana of 2026 is in March. We cant wait to see everyone there. remember spectators are FREE Please be sure to send in your pre-entries If you plan on riding even if there’s a possibility you might miss. Remember it’s better to pre-enter and not show up then get a late fee for not pre-entering. Also we do have leadline that is $25 a day and that includes the arena fee. ***LATE FEE IS $10 FOR EVERYONE THAT DOES NOT PRE-ENTER**** Also just a reminder that LCHA is a 501-C3 non- profit and all of the entry fees go towards year end award for qualifying participants

Good afternoon everyone. We have a Dine-to-Donate schedules at the Texas road house in las cruces to help raise money for Las Cruces Horseman’s Association. If you guys would like to support us go and eat at Texas roadhouse on December 10 between 3PM and 10 PM. Please be sure to save this flyer and show it to them at the time of your visit so that we can receive our portion. If you do not tell them that you’re there for the dine to donate and have a copy of the flyer we will Not receive our portion. Thank you everyone so much for your support.

Unfortunately, due to the recent EHV outbreak we have cancelled all of our upcoming events for 2025. The upcoming Hunter Jumper show that was supposed to be held on December 6th is canceled and so is our fun day that was supposed to be held on December 7th. Thank you for everyone’s understanding.

This year’s fundraiser for year and awards is an online silent auction. Below is the link for that auction it opened on November 1st and bidding will close November 15th.
