They're coming all the way from Florida to run a booth with awesome sales and tons of grooming supplies and I'll be offering on-site sharpening, probably some dad jokes and maybe even show off my scissor juggling skills while the sales floor is open. 
(just kidding about the scissor juggling. Sharpening and dad jokes will definitely be there, but I won't be juggling any scissors. Maybe tennis balls or hacky sacks. But no scissors... This time 😏)

Melissa and I are out of town celebrating our 16th anniversary until July 7th. 🥳🎉 Sorry that we can't get back to you any sooner, we should have someone manning the store next week while we're gone so you're still welcome to drop off during our normal business hours and we'll see you when we get home!

My mom shared this first picture with me last night, taken in 1992 at a grooming shop in the Bay Area. As far as we know, this is the only picture that we have of my dad sharpening, he passed away in 2007 and we didn't have camera phones as readily as we do now. I am a third generation sharpener and that machine in front of him in the picture is still being used in my mobile trailer. The second picture was taken in 2017, I had just worked an overnight shift as a nurse and I had one shop to sharpen for on my way home before I could go to sleep for the day. The machine that I'm using in that picture was built by myself and my dad in 2003 when I went out to sharpen on my own. It's the machine that I use in my shop. I also have the original machine that was built by my grandpa many years before I was born and used for decades. Eventually my brother used it and then he passed it on to me and since the frame is a little bit too short for me, I may use it to train my wife and continue its legacy 😊

Craig's grooming supplies will be closed on Monday for the holiday and we will return on Wednesday.
