As of March 31, 2020, we will be implementing a new drop off procedure for clients who are not quarantined or showing symptoms of COVID19 to ensure that our patients receive the best care and that we minimize the risk of transmitting the virus . . We ask that when you call to schedule an appointment, you let the receptionist know what vehicle you are driving, make , model and color, and the license plate. When you arrive in the parking lot please call us at 480-354-9635 and we will gather your information and the pet's information. Please bring your own pen to sign authorization paperwork. Our technician will come to your car and transport your pet into our office. You may either wait in your car, or go home and then we will call you with our initial findings and request authorization for any needed diagnostics or treatments. You will be given verbal estimates for costs associated with your pets visit over the phone. Payment will be made via credit or debit cards that we will handle with gloves on, and return to you in a baggie. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call, Thank you for your understanding.
