We have close to a dozen new kitties available this week for adoption. They all have the best personalities and the kittens have been raised around dogs, cats, and little kids. The two adults are growing more confident and trusting each day they are with their fosters. Our foster families do an amazing job with our kitties. Meet Fiyero. He was pulled from AHS last year after being adopted and returned to them when he was diagnosed with stomatitis at six months old. He was put on the e-list because of that diagnosis and was pulled and brought into our rescue. He’s been sitting in our rescue for months, hoping that when his adult teeth came in completely, he would outgrow that diagnosis. Unfortunately, he did not, so last week he had all his teeth from the canine's back pulled. He’s recovering like a champ and is back to his old self. Thank you Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) for covering a portion of his procedure! Fiyero is such a special, easygoing, and loving boy. It has been a little over three weeks since we rescued the 11 from a hoarder/breeder situation. There has been a lot of medical treatment needed and a lot of decompression for all that these kitties have gone through! We have accomplished
🩷eight spays, including one pyometra and one neuter.
🩷Mama had eight babies safely born indoors three weeks ago today.
🩷We had to euthanize one because of her condition.
🩷We have treated ten pairs of ears with severe ear mites and bacterial infections.
🩷Eight kitties received Convenia injections, and some are still on antibiotics for their upper respiratory infections.
🩷Two are still being treated for parasites as a result of their fecals.

It has been a very long healing process, but these kitties are resilient and amazing! The kitties have been placed two by two in foster homes so they can get more one-on-one attention. We have two kitties that need dentals, so the medical work is still not done. Thank you, Phoenix Animal Care Coalition (PACC911) CCP funds program. Princess and Cleo are part of the crew we rescued a few weeks ago. These bonded sisters are ready for their forever home. They are very loving girls who are always lying with each other. Cleo is the more reserved one, as Princess is the first to check things out. They are just starting to play with toys; they love being brushed, and Cleo finally found her voice. The girls would do best in a low-key, lively home with lots of windows where they can lounge on the cat tower watching the birds. We're bursting at the seams and the requests don't seem to ever end. All the babies pulled this week were set to be euthanized for one reason or another. A few have passed because they were just too little, but the foster mama did her best! Our fosters take on these kittens that need 24-hour care and take them in knowing they're sick! Imagine a world where kittens like these didn't have to suffer because some human chose to spay and neuter their animals! We can't thank you fosters enough, and you who choose to support us!

Did you know that our organization places kitties based on the personality and dynamics of a household? It's why we don't take applications for six-week-old kittens. We do what's best for our animals and the humans adopting them. We shouldn't get a bad review simply because you don't agree with what's best for the kitten. We aren't an organization where we want you to adopt and never hear from you; we love updates and pictures, which makes it easier to part with them. If you've adopted from us, please kindly leave a Google review so we can drown out reviews like Selena's. We've had continued problems with our emails going to spam, so if you haven't heard from us, check that box. Thank you to all who follow, support, volunteer, and foster with our rescue; we can't do what we do without you.
