Just a handful of furry friends this week!

Happy snowy Friday to all my followers, and wonderful clients!

I have a few updates that I would like to publicly update everyone on! They will also be added to my consent form that will need to be signed at your pet(s) next stay! As always, never hesitate to reach out if you have questions or concerns!

Firstly, I know schedules can be hectic and constantly change... mine does by every minute some days! However, with my schedule I need to stay on it as closely as possible since I have animals waiting on me! On Monday, Jan. 19th, 2026, I will be implementing a "late" fee. If you are going to be 10 minutes after our agreed time, without letting me know, a $15 fee will be added to your invoice. If you are delayed longer than 15 minutes after our agreed time, you will have to wait until my next available set of times. Failure to pay the late $15 fee, will result in a FULL non refundable deposit prior to being put on the schedule or reservation list for future visits.
**If I am running late, I will text or call you to let you know. There will NOT be a fee added to your invoice if this is the case.**

Secondly, I unfortunately need to implement a cancelation fee. Again, I understand things happen, but lately it has become taken advantage of. As of Monday, Jan. 19th, 2026, you can be placed on a reservation list for the entire year, however I will only be scheduling 3 months at a time. Each month, I will be reaching out to verify the dates for that specific month. If you cancel at that time, there will NOT be a fee. If you cancel a week prior, it will incur a $25 fee. If you need to cancel the week of, or days prior, it will incur a $50 fee. Failure to pay the cancelation fee, you will not be able to reschedule until payment has been received and all other reservations will be terminated until payment is made.

Thirdly, I will no longer be "open" for pick up or drop offs on the below holidays. Your pet(s) will still receive normal care, I just won't be allowing anyone to pick up or drop off these days.
May 25: Monday - Memorial Day
July 4: Saturday- Fourth of July
September 7: Monday - Labor Day
November 26: Thursday - Thanksgiving
December 24: Thursday - Christmas Eve
December 25: Friday - Christmas Day.

Fourth, and final: vaccinations. Please, please, please be sure to keep your pet(s) up to date on ALL required vaccinations. I am only one person, and am finding it difficult to keep track of everyone's animals, including my own. It may be easier to provide my email to your vets office, and have them send me a copy once your pet(s) have been updated. Even if you don't have your pet(s) on my schedule, or reservation list, it is still beneficial to have them sent. Please message me for my email address!
