Our medical, diagnostic, treatment and preventative plans will be specifically tailored to the needs of you and your companion. We combine integrative treatment to provide your pet with th

e best of the East and the West medicine. Appointments are available Monday through Saturday, with specified hours located under "information/about." Finding us is easy; we're right off the Meadowbrook Parkway (Exit M9-E), just about a half mile down on the right. We offer the most up-to-date information and advice on all aspects of companion animal care, from choosing the best preventative programs to making important decisions about medical treatment for illness or injury. We will work with you to ensure that you are aware of every option available to you and your trusting companion. Between state-of-the-art surgical and anesthesia services, excellent dental programs, and noted laboratory diagnostic programs, Companions boasts an exceptional care program for you and your pet. Our licensed veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants work extremely hard to comfort and protect you and your companion. Companions was also recently evaluated by The American Animal Hospital Associatation, and passed with flying colors! After an intensive assessment scaling over 900 categories, AAHA accredited our hospital, proving us to be in the best of the best of animal hospitals! In order to maintain a professional working environment, we ask that clients do not contact staff members outside of the hospital setting. Thank you!

Let me tell you about my best friend.🐾❤️

His name was Joey, and even though he passed over the Rainbow Bridge a few years ago, I miss him every single day. 💔

Joey was rescued by Companions Animal Hospital as a kitten, along with his siblings. He was born with cerebellar hypoplasia—often called "wobbly cat syndrome"—a condition that never slowed him down.

I adopted Joey while working at Companions, and from that moment on, he was my best friend. Every day, he would greet me with a joyful flip-flop and the biggest meow, turning even my worst days into something beautiful. He brought more happiness into my life than I ever imagined possible.

Joey would lay on my lap as I did computer work and just purr. He was such a love bug. I miss those snuggles.

Please, when you're thinking about adopting a pet, consider opening your heart to a special needs animal. They may wobble when they walk or need a little extra care, but the joy they bring is immeasurable.

Rest peacefully, my Joey. You were deeply loved, and you always will be. 🐾❤️
