It is with a broken heart that we share the painful news of the sudden loss of our beloved Receptionist Cindy. As unbelievable as it sounds, we were all shocked to learn that Cindy passed away suddenly due to natural causes yesterday on August 12th. Cindy has shared her beautiful light here at Bones Bath and Beyond in Merrick and is a part of our family! She has served all of our customers, doggies and supported our team with love, professionalism, sincerity and her beautiful smile. Her compassion, humor and her humanity resonated with ALL who met her. Her caring spirit was felt by all and we are all devasted by this tragic loss.

We pray for the comfort of her family and of course for all of us as her extended family here at the store who grieve her loss. We have been blessed by Cindy’s presence with us and acknowledged her tremendous value as a person, as a professional, and as a leader. We can never thank you enough for all you have given. We are proud to say Cindy learned to spread her wings in all her splendor HERE… and she will never be forgotten.

May you find your place in the arms of your Maker.
We love you forever Cindy and we ask that you smile down on us as we struggle in accepting your absence.💔
