Hey guys👋🏾I’m Candace, owner of Karma Canis Grooming On-the-Go. My love for animals started as a kid and turned into a career with over 10 years in animal care—as a vet tech and groomer.

I’ve worked with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, and I bring patience, skill, and genuine care to every groom. Karma Canis was born from a passion to make dogs look and feel their best, all in a stress-free, on-the-go setting.

I treat every dog like my own—and I can’t wait to meet yours!

A little reminder for anyone who doesn’t know.

Though I can not do full time around the clock care for your pets, if you ever find yourself needing any type of pet care or dog walking then I can on certain days/time. I can NOT offer doggy day care anymore but I can offer some of my services still to you!

Days I can help you out:

🟢 After 4:30pm only Saturday thru Tuesday

🟢 ANY TIME(S) Wednesday thru Friday

These services include:

• Dog walking — ($20 EACH WALK for 12 minutes, includes my travel • up to 15 miles)

Note: 2 dogs I can handle under same price, 3rd dog will need to be walked separate and an additional $10 added

• Pet drop ins while you’re out of town — ($20 PER VISIT for me to come play with your pet, give them attention, pick up any messes inside the house, litter boxes or their kennel, feed/water them and assure they go potty outside)

Note: If you’d like dog walking services during pet care drop ins, cost is $10 for up to 2 dogs on top of the $20 drop in fee. Just let me know ahead of time.

• Going in to just let your dog outside to go potty if you can’t make it home in time — ($10 for me to do a very quick pop in, let your dog out to potty and then back in, nothing else)

• Picking up dog poo 💩 — ($20 for small yards, $35 for medium, $50 for large)

A little PSA as I keep seeing these recommended on social media by influencers and in groups.

Do you have a furminator?

Throw it in the bin.🗑 🚮

"But I get so much hair out with it"

A furminator is a blade. I've attached a photo of a super short grooming blade next to the furminator blade to compare. The only reason you think it works so well and you get so much hair out is because it's actually cutting your dogs coat. It cuts the good hair, the top coat and leaves long lasting damage, you may not notice at first or ever but its definitely doing the damage and your pups coat will begin to get shorter and shorter, becoming more sparse.

I've not once, nor will I ever use a furminator on a clients dog and 100% do not recommend them. They belong in the bin.

Heya Dog House crew! I’ve missed you all and your fur babies so much! Being a stay at home mom is so much fun but goodness I miss my job so much.

Been awhile, just wanted to drop in and tell everyone that my friend Megan is open to pet sitting for anyone who needs it! Drop in visits only, morning, mid day or evening!

Megan is from Meridian MS, she is the biggest animal lover and has so much love to give!! She has volunteered at shelters, rescues, and owns various different pets herself! Very trustworthy, reliable and animals flock to her.

If you’re in need of a pet sitter, I will give you Megan’s information!! I myself am also able to do drop in visits in the evenings and any times Wednesdays thru Fridays!! 🐶🐱🐰🐥
