Happy National Cat Day!

Today we're celebrating our feline friends! The cuddly ones, the curious ones, the troublemakers, and especially the ones who think they run the house. (Let's face it, they probably do!)

At Pet Medical Care, we love cats of every personality!

One of the cats pictured here is the sweet orange Sammy, with a recently amputated leg, getting some extra love from Carly, who manages our Star Boarding Facility.

Did you know we offer cat boarding with private suites? Your feline family members can enjoy their own comfortable space while you're away, with plenty of attention from our caring team.

Now it's YOUR turn!

We want to see your cats! Drop your favorite feline photo in the comments and tell us their name. Bonus points for sharing their funniest habit!

Let's fill the comments with some serious cat cuteness!

What a week celebrating our amazing Pet Medical Care team! 🐾

Behind every happy pet and every successful appointment is a team of people who work incredibly hard to make it all happen.

This week, we took some time to show our appreciation with lunches, treats, new swag, and a little extra fun along the way!

From our veterinary technicians and doctors to our receptionists, boarding and grooming teams, and everyone working behind the scenes, THANK YOU for everything you do!

We hope everyone enjoyed the food, gifts, and celebrations. You’ve earned it!

We’re sharing some photos from the week, but now we want to hear from YOU!

Who’s your favorite Pet Medical Care employee?

Give them a shoutout in the comments! Whether it’s a doctor who went the extra mile, a technician who comforted your pet, or a friendly face at the front desk, we’d love to hear your stories.

Let’s fill the comments with some well-deserved appreciation!

Dr. BK is settling in beautifully, and we’re excited to have her on the Pet Medical Care team.

Originally from Parma, Idaho, Dr. Bermudez-Koch brings a strong love for mixed animal medicine and the variety that comes with caring for both small and large animals. You’ll find her working with cats, dogs, goats, sheep, livestock guardian dogs, and farm animals through Mobile Pet Medical Care

She has a particular soft spot for goats, livestock guardian dogs, and Golden Retrievers, which makes her a perfect fit for the kind of care we’re continuing to grow across the Treasure Valley.

Outside of work, Dr. BK enjoys camping, gardening, home projects, and spending time with her husband and their two Golden Retrievers.

We’re grateful to have her on our team and excited for our clients and patients to get to know her.

Fair days are better with goats!

Dr. Kopp and our team had a great time at the Western Idaho Fair checking in goats and pygmy goats. It was hot, but that did not stop the fun, the teamwork, or the love for these animals.

We are also excited to continue expanding our care for mixed animal, large animal, and equine patients through our new mobile large animal and equine doctors.

We are grateful to be part of a community that shows up for agriculture, youth programs, and animal care.
