⭐️Clients, please read!
⭐️Happy New Year to all of our amazing clients! We are so very thankful for your loyalty, support, and patronage. Anna and I are excited to care for your sweet fur babies yet another year!
⭐️That being said, we want to remind everyone to remember how important it is to arrive promptly on time for your grooming appointments with us! We work strictly by appointments so your pet doesn’t have to stay here long hours, and it is also our preference in order to keep a relaxed atmosphere in the shop. When you are late or no show/cancel last minute, you put us out. Simply put, we lose that time and income. It is awkward having to spell it out like this, but we cannot run a business without structure.
⭐️I do have a cancellation policy that has been left very lenient lately, but please be aware we are reimplementing this in the New Year. We truly love caring for our clients, but we have to protect our schedules!
📃Cancellation policy:
$20 fee if:
-appt canceled without a 24hr notice
-no show to appointment
-If you show up late, you will have to reschedule with fee. We cannot start appointments late as it throws off the whole day.
We have been blessed with amazing clients, and you guys know that we truly love what we do! Give all those fur babies some kisses from us, and we will see you soon!
