We are located off a busy street with high drive-by traffic and an on-site parking lot for easy access. Our building is a bustling community hub, primarily home to established pet care businesses (grooming and daycare). This means you have a built-in clientele of pet parents looking for a treat or a cold drink right after they drop off their furry friends!

Low Overhead: Just $20–$50 per Day to rent the space.

The Setup: This is a cozy indoor cafe space with tables and seating for your customers.
Equipment: Please note there is no kitchen on-site. Vendors will need to bring and use their own mobile vending equipment (perfect for coffee carts, pastry displays, or beverage stations).
