This video goes along with the video below. I do use IV San Bernard products along with others that I love. This process is why my grooms may take longer a d I do not offer upgraded condition shampoo package. All my grooming is the "best job" I can offer and not a "get er done" versus a "spa" experience. If you want basic you could bathe yourself at home.

Last but not least for today was Danny. Danny runs to the trailer but once inside he realizes ",oh no it's bath time". He doesn't really like it but since I see him monthly he knows the routine and goes along with it now.

Another success story today. After several years at her current salon she was turned away. They brought her to me saying she was in terrible shape.(nothing terrible so I know it's wasn't from "not staying on schedule". She was extremely nervous and needed a lot of reassurance and most times Corps cannot adjust the way groomers are accomplished. It's unfortunate it had to come to where someone else wouldn't see her to end up on my table. I think with a different approach she would of been ok from the beginning.

I never rush grooms. Some pets need a gentle relaxed hand and will feed off of energy you give. Please remember this is considered a luxury service in our industry but to me this should be a "standard" of service.
