Humans are inherently selfish. Animals, on the other hand, instinctually understand the give and take of unconditional love. Especially this little angel, who in the last four months has taught me so much more than I ever could have imagined about endurance, strength, life, love, and happiness. Unfortunately, Charlwood Farms has come to a close just as it was really about to begin. But even though that ship has sailed, the bond between these kids and my heart will never, ever fade. For those out there interested in continuing to follow the life of Mini Mouse, she and her best friend French Fry are settling into their new home at Horses of Tir Na Nog where they now have over a hundred new animal friends (of various species) to spend the rest of their days with, and Mouser has access to the specialized care she needs moving forward. I'll miss them more than words can say, but am beyond relieved that they both have wonderful caretakers who cherish special quirks and baby goat kisses just as much as I do. Love you, Min. I'll be seeing you!
