⏰ A Friendly Reminder About Appointment Times ⏰
At Buds N Suds Grooming, we operate as a one-on-one grooming salon, meaning we only work with one household at a time to provide a calm, personalized experience for every pup. 🐾💕
To help us stay on schedule and keep all dogs safe and comfortable, please remember:
🐶 Drop-Off: Dogs must be dropped off within 10 minutes of their scheduled appointment time.
🐶 Pick-Up: Once you receive a text that your pup is finished, please plan to pick them up within 20 minutes, and no later than 30 minutes after notification.
💲 Late Pick-Up & Drop-Off Fee: A $1 per minute late fee will be applied for arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time and for pick-ups exceeding the 30-minute grace period after your completion text has been sent.
Because we work one-on-one, late drop-offs and pick-ups can create scheduling overlaps and may place dogs together who are not comfortable around other pets. This is especially important for pups who may be reactive, nervous, or prefer their own space. Our goal is to maintain a safe, low-stress environment for every dog in our care. 🩷
