Blaze is available!

This horse is being fostered through Mississippi Horses and is available and ready to be adopted. He’s been amazing! We’ve had him all summer and he’s such a gem.

He’s about 14 hands and is quiet and calm enough for kids to handle, groom and saddle. Small kids can be led around on him all day. We do recommend him for an advanced beginner as he has a big gait and likes to move out. This makes him really fun as a step up horse!

The thing I love most about this guy is his willingness to work. He is probably the most honest horse I’ve ever been around. If you ask him to trot off 267 times that’s exactly what he’ll do. That doesn’t mean you should let your kid run him in the ground though.

Please let us know if you would like to meet Blaze. We’re happy to show him. Adoption must be completed through Mississippi Horses.

For every inch that the head moves forward in posture, it increases the weight of the head on the neck by 10 pounds!

This is what it looks like to have a barn full of girls. And let me tell you, these aren’t just any girls. Every one of these girls is gritty. They don’t complain or whine even when it’s 100 degrees out.

Today we ventured to Relate Church to give pony rides! Blaze, Dallas and Fluffy enjoyed meeting everyone. Big thank you to Skylaer and Ella Jimenez for helping walk horses.
