Pickles was seen by the vet today. It is not an abscessed tooth as we first suspected. She has a tumor. The tumor needs to be biopsied to determine what our options are going forward.
We need to collect a minimum of $450 in donations for testing and diagnosis. Paypal.me/313rescue
Pickles is currently on antibiotics and pain meds.

We've collected $122 as of now for her appointment. This will probably cover only an assessment and antibiotics. Without donations we will be unable to treat her condition and will have to make a difficult choice to humanely euthanize Pickles. She is in pain and it is unfair for her to continue to suffer. :(

🦔 This is Pickles, a young hedgehog and she needs help.....
Pickles has an abscess that needs to be treated medically. Her owner was going to put her in the freezer and "euthanize" her instead of treating her condition, but thankfully I was able to get them to surrender her to me instead.
Now I need help from YOU.
We have an experienced hedgehog foster home for Pickles, what we lack is funding for vet care. Please help us help her. If you can find it in your heart and budget; consider giving this girl a 2nd chance at life by making a donation.

Feral cat colony in Dearborn Heights Michigan in need of donated cat food! A cat friendly neighbor has been helping the wild kitties in his neighborhood over the last 6 months. Feeding them and trapping them to get them fixed and releasing them. He's managed to get 6 cats to the vet so far. This neighbor reached out for help with donated cat food.

4 years ago, we pulled a little matted mess of a doggy from Detroit animal control. She's been in a wonderful home for the past 4 years, getting all the love and attention that every dog deserves. ♥

We are helping an owner of 4 dogs and a cat with a flea infestation.
Ms Kitty snuck out about a month ago and came home with fleas. It's going to cost $350 to treat everyone (bravecto) and bomb. The owner just got back to work after having covid and doesn't get a paycheck for over 2 weeks. He has half of the cost but still needs $175.

Little Oscar has taken quite an affection to my Bunny. He doesn't "play" tho. Makes me wonder if he needs a kitten friend?
