Hi, folks. Our business is looking for licensed and insured subcontractors interested in steady work consistently. We prefer to hire smaller companies looking for a break and to build a solid business relationship with, but we are not opposed to larger companies. We are currently building our roster for multiple house flips in the Jacksonville, FL area. If we like your work, we plan to continue using you as new projects open, which will be often. Must be able to complete the job in a timely manner. Must bid worst case scenario in most situations. We are looking for the following trades: HVAC, ROOFING, MAJOR PLUMBING, PEST CONTROL, STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL, WELL/PUMP PERSON, SEPTIC.
