2 Partial Board stalls available at a private barn in Melbourne,FL (Lake Washington area-centrally located and easily accessible). Quiet horse area. Owner lives on site. Secure with cameras. Concrete block. Hurricane rated. HIGH and dry boarding pasture. Individual turnout. $450/month for stall board which includes 12x12 stall, storage stall & individual turnout with shelter. Owner pays for grain/hay/shavings. We drop feed and hay in the morning, you do the evening. If you need extra help or coverage, we have boarders who can help. Huge lighted riding arena and round pen. 4 wash racks with hot/cold water. 2 Tack Rooms. Fly spray system throughout facility. Storage for trailers. We are 2 miles from Wickham Park. We do NOT do pasture board.
