As a reminder, we will be open Christmas Eve with our regular 8am-4pm schedule, however, we will be closed on Christmas Day.

Additionally, as of right now, we will likely be open on New Year's Day, though this may change, and we will make a separate announcement if it does.

This is your holiday heads up!

Tate's will be closed on Christmas Day, and, additionally, during the week of the holiday, some of our regular vendors will be closed, meaning special orders for products through these vendors must be made the week prior.

This is your holiday heads up!

Tate's will be closed on Thanksgiving, however, we will be reopening the next day, and will resume our usual schedule until Christmas rolls around.

With colder conditions and the possibility of snow in the forecast moving forward, it is expected that closures due to inclement weather may occur, however, we will do our best to report them here when we are able to.

If there is ever any doubt as to whether or not we are open on a given day due to weather and/or road conditions, we recommend giving the shop a call, as we will always try to answer the phone if we are in.

With colder days ahead, and the growing possibility of ice and snow in our future, it's important to remember that our four-legged friends' paws may need a little extra attention after walks!

Salt and non-pet friendly ice melts can be hazardous to dogs, as it can cause pain and irritation to their paw pads, and, if ingested, can make them very ill.

Taking a moment to wipe off your pet's feet could mean the difference between a happy, healthy dog, and a poor pup with aching paws!

Sometimes all you need in life is a comfortable place to lay your head... But sometimes a bit of cardboard will do just fine!

True to form, Juniper has access to a perfectly good bed in the office, complete with pillows and a cozy blanket, but her favorite place to be is on her scratching board, snuggled up behind a treat display.
