I never use any "training" collars" because learning shouldn't hurt. Adding a dog to your home is a long-term commitment that can be challenging at times. Training can help you and your pet live happily together in a symbiotic and respectful environment. My understanding of canine behavior can help you interpret your dog’s behaviors. I’ll teach you how to reinforce good behavior, eliminate unwante

I use kind and gentle methods to teach manners; no choke collars, prong collars or shock collars are ever used. Training is based on 100% positive reinforcement. My goal is to keep dogs out of shelters by creating mutual respect and harmonious living between pets and their people. Appointments are available seven days a week. Hours are flexible to meet your schedule. Serving all of Southern NJ including Atlantic County, Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, and Ocean County.

This is Charlie, a ten month old lab I recently started working with. Charlie is the CHILLIEST lab puppy I have EVER met!!! Honestly! When I go to work with puppies, I expect puppy biting, nipping at clothes, bouncing off the walls, you know, typical puppy behavior. Not Charlie. Charlie may just be an eight year old disguising himself as a puppy! He also decided he was going to assist me so he's going to study the info in my folder on him. 😁

This is Millie, a recently adopted, two year old German Shepherd. Millie is sweet, beautiful, gentle, extremely intelligent, and a pleasure to be around. She responded so well to the force free, fear free training we did. Her level of intelligence will require that she gets lots of physical and mental stimulation to keep her happy and to keep her from being bored. This can be done with lots of canine enrichment (or brain games). Google it, look on facebook for examples, just be sure to use it with your dog. Canine enrichment benefits every single dog out there from puppies to seniors. And don't EVER let anyone tell you that breeds like Millie (shepherds, or Dobermans, or Rotties, or pit bulls, etc) need a strong hand and a strong leader. Rubbish. I've trained all of the above and my humane, gentle, positive techniques work. I always love seeing what my former students are up to. I worked with Willow about 2 years ago and she was just the sweetest girl. I ran into her mom this weekend who showed me Willow's birthday celebration at her doggie daycare. Willow is now THREE years old! Happy Birthday precious!!

This little lady, all decked out in her pearl necklace is Tilly Mae. She's only eight months old, but she looks wise beyond her years (or MONTHS in this case!), doesn't she? Her family wanted a big dog and this puppy looked like a pit mix to them, therefore big dog expectations met. DNA testing proved them wrong, Tilly Mae is a Black Mouth Cur mix and won't get much bigger than she is here. Not to worry - her family loves her so much just like she is!
