I’ve had bad luck with the panda pied project, so I’ve shifted focus to the black pastel suma pied. Here’s a BP mahogany pied (50% het lavender albino).

Today was the day my desert ghost clutch got individual cages. They’re 50% het clown. The pastel OD and pastels are very similar on top, but they have different bellies and the pastel ODs don’t brown out as they age.

Twins! I had six eggs, five of them hatched. They just shed and I set up five individual cages, and I finally noticed I had six snakes! The bottom two are twins and the top two are their full sized siblings. The twins are definitely pastel double het lavender albino and piebald. I need to look at more pictures to figure out if they’re mahogany too.

Feeding day! All the tubs with cards underneath them are eating frozen/thawed today. When I first started out, I had a really hard time switching hatchlings to f/t, but I seem to have it down now. Unfortunately, teaching others to do it is a separate skill that I haven’t mastered yet.

Amazing odds on this one! Pairing was a pastel enchi freeway pied from Kinova with a black pewter het pied, and 8 out of the 9 are piebald!
