Tried & True German Shepherds Welcome to Tried & True German Shepherds. We are a small family owned breeder who takes great pride in our pups! And have been well socialized.

We currently have 2 beautiful German Shepherds, Loki(Sire) & Freya (Dam). Our dogs are embark health & DNA tested and both DM Clear. Family raised around kids as well as other dogs and cats. They are part of our family and live in the home with us & our children! Let's introduce you to our pup family! Loki(Sire)

Loki is a stock coat shepherd who is medium to high drive. He aims to do nothing shor

t of pleasing his people. His favorite thing in the world is playing fetch and get belly rubs! He has graduated from obidiance training. Unfortantly when we got Loki we never recieved AKC papers for him. However he has been cleared of over 200+ genetic conditions and is 100% German Shepherd through DNA & Health analysis from Embark. Freya(Dam)

Freya is a long coat shepherd who is low to medium drive. She is an attention diva and LOVES to please. She has the kindest heart and is very well mannered. Freya is AKC registered and comes from parents who are extreamly chill and also great with kids and other pets! She has been cleared of over 200+ genetic conditions and is 100% German Shepherd through DNA and Health analysis from Embark.

Athena's in heat but we are not breeding her till her next heat cycle. I took her away from Loki and am not allowing him to come in here. This is his reaction🤣(he is talking ever time his mouth opens its just a little hard to hear with the pellet stove going.)
