I have a 2005 standardbred gelding model up for discussion. Looking to move before end of month. good jumper prospect but can go in any direction. Will need to be put back into consistent work due to not being able to ride. Requires front shoes as he is just not comfortable being bare foot. Up to date on everything including teeth. Walk trot canter.

Oh-So Preventative Dentistry Siera Ellis will be up in the Saratoga County area for floatings February 16th! So if you need your horses teeth floated and can’t find anyone, now is your chance to schedule!
She will be here February 16th to do the Grim Skye Horses, so message her to get added to the day!

Grim Skye Stables will temporarily not be taking in any boarders or owner surrenders at the moment until mid April. Please bare with us as we move to our temporary barn and then to our new permanent location later on.

Grim Skye Stables will be hosting a Halloween/fall paint and sip fundraise. It will be held at the barn, there will be lots of fun things and possibly raffle baskets. Please comment down below if you would be interested. Date will be determined later this week. 🎃
Will be kid friendly with lots of activities! Including pony rides!

‼️ ADOPTED‼️

Hatty is a 12 year old OTTB mare. She is super sweet and absolutely loves the attention. She used to be shown in English and lessons for little kids. She gets along great with both mates and geldings, she is currently turned out on 24/7 pasture but wouldnt mind being stalled at night if needed.
She did have an injury and knicked her superficial digital tendon in her right fetlock region. She is healed and will remain sound.
Only vices are cribbing and front shoes, recommend by the vet.

Oh Bo. Where do I even start. I’ve only had you for a year and half but it’s felt like forever. You are a spit fire for sure. You’ve been through so much in just a short time. They mislabeled you and because of that you almost lost your life. The called you dangerous, and deemed a flipper and because of that they wanted you gone, while many other people didn’t. They had that needle to your neck before they decided to call it and not have you put to sleep. I’m glad they didn’t. You may put me through hell, throw me off, buck me off, and for sure give me a run for my money, but your still amazing. You’ve shown me just what you can do, your many different personalities, and so much love. I’m so thankful you came into my life, and for making me a better rider.
Here’s to many more hopeful years. ❤️💕

Pumpkin had her first ride yesterday after 4 years and did amazing! Baby Roswell even got some saddle time. I see a future cowboy for sure!
Samantha and Pumpkin will also make a great team for whatever route they plan to take!

Our newest boarder Pumpkin! She’s been here for a couple days but due to some complications I’ve held off on this post.
Pumpkin has settled in nicley and made friends with the oldest one of the herd Shiloh. She sure does have some style though!
